A Veeva CLM experience designed to simplify complex product conversations and improve navigation for dental healthcare sales representatives

Overview:

OSSIX is regulated healthcare product requiring high levels of trust, clarity, and consistency across digital touchpoints.

I led UX design and art direction for a touch-driven iPad experience built to simplify complex product information and support sales conversations. Designed like a lightweight website, the tool gives reps fast access to navigation, videos, benefits, differentiation, and follow-up actions—all within one unified system.

Directed user research strategy and survey creation

Led conceptual design and UI component development

Presented milestones, walkthroughs, and deliverables to stakeholders

Assigned daily design tasks and maintained schedule alignment with production deadlines

The Challenge:

OSSIX needed to help sales reps communicate complex clinical information during brief HCP interactions

Existing materials were content-heavy and difficult to navigate, making it hard for reps to guide conversations and respond quickly to questions

Solution:

Simplified Navigation

Reduced taps and surfaced critical content faster

Product-Centered Architecture

Organized content around sales conversations instead of internal product structures

Modular UI System

Created reusable components for consistent experiences across the platform

Designed as a touch-first digital experience, the CLM was built around how sales reps naturally navigate provider conversations. User research informed a streamlined screen flow, while a modular UI system and interactive prototypes helped refine and validate the experience.

The original interface relied on a single product-focused layout which required additional navigation and made it difficult for sales reps to quickly access supporting content during provider conversations.

New, redesigned intro screen UI

The updated interface introduced a touch-friendly dashboard, streamlined navigation, and a modular content structure that surfaced key information faster while supporting more natural, needs-based discussions.

Results:

Fewer taps to key content

More structured sales conversations

Positive stakeholder feedback

Improved confidence during rep-led discussions
